Bacteria that develops on our skin which comes from the foods that we eat is what causes our feet and arm pits to smell when sweat comes in contact with them. Foods like dairy products (cheese, milk, etc.) and foods with sugar along with simple carbs like white flour products are some of the worst. Doing a cleanse or detox, one that cleanses the digestive tract and colon especially will make a huge difference in reducing body odor from feet and arm pits. Even if you sweat you will notice that your sweat smells like nothing if you just did a good cleanse or detox. Of course applying aloe vera gel on your feet can help too along with changing your socks daily, but cleaning yourself from the inside out is the most effective way.

What I Recommend:

  • Ped Egg
  • Fish Oil Pills
  • Gold Bond Lotion

May I say these are just some that I know for sure work for me and I suggest. Other lotions do work but if you consider trying a new lotion please read the reviews on it. Google the brand name of the foot repair and after the name put reviews.

There are a wide variety of options to help dry skin on the foot. The best way, and most common, would be to buy a good moisturiser and rub it on the foot.
