You really shouldn't cut your wrist, but for some people it makes them feel good or relieves pain. If you cut too deep you can end up killing yourself.

It may help distract you from thinking about it and it stings, so you still get the sense of pain. **Hurting yourself in even the smallest ways is not okay. You should seek medical treatment. **I'm not a doctor, I don't recommend this for anyone. But it's better than cutting yourself, in my opinion.
