check the wiring connections at the battery and the starter. Both places can give starting problems. The dash lights could be a separate problem. Check the fuses for the lights.
do you hear clicking noise -as if the inficators were working? If not then go check the flasher relay and its connections.
If this clicking only happens when your turn indicator or hazard lights is on it's the flasher unit working. If not it's the stuff in the glove box rolling around probably.
Yes, the clicking is the starter, but there's probably nothing wrong with it. Your battery doesn't have enough juice to turn the starter motor (draws lots of current), but still has enough to turn on the lights and accessories. Try jump starting it or trickle charge the battery.
You would probly have to do something with the wires i bet you have a short somewhere if there only working sometimes
signal lights not working.
Yea its an electric or body comtrole module .about 400.00to repair at dealer. Will cause lights to flicker off & on and sometimes horn will chirp also while driving
Windows and wipers and dome light stop working in 98 ford f150
If they are all not working, I would suspect a blown fuse, or they are just turned off. There is a rheostat used to control the brightness of the instrument lights. If it is turned too far the lights will go off. Find the control and turn it. Sometimes it is the reset button for the odometer and sometimes it is a separate control. Look in your owner's manual for the location.
