Basic difference between these are :- AT means "Advance Technology" while ATX is used for "Advance Technology Extended" SMPS. With respect to AT SMPS, ATX has an extra Plug of +12v Supply for Motherboard. It has four wires connected in square size plug. Two of them are Yellow and other two are black.

ATX is the form factor.
ATX is a form factor. It does not dictate a specific chipset; anything from the now ancient 440BX to a Q57 can be used in an ATX system.
ATX power supplies do not have dedicated switches. They are signaled to turn on by a small button plugged into the motherboard and placed on the front of the computer case. It is possible to force an ATX power supply to turn on by running a wire between the PS_ON wire (the green wire) to a ground wire (a black one).
most home computers use ATX (Biggest), micro-ATX or mini-ATX (Smallest)
At smps have only 20 pin power connector atx have 20 + 4 pin power connectors atx smps 24 + 4 pin power connectors at (advanced technology)is old model smps atx (advanced technology extended) is new model
Ya easily. just take the ATX smps and pull out it's two extra pin from it's power plug and set it to the PC.

There are no deferents. They are the same volume.
Advanced Technology Extended Switched Mode Power Supply
The ATX power supply and AT power supply had different connections for the computer motherboard. Also the ATX power supply had provision for some parts of the power supply to be switched on-and-off by the electronics on the motherboard, possibly under the control of software. With an AT power supply it necessary for the user to physically operate a switch. This control feature means that a computer that has an ATX power supply can provide, for example, a "wake-on-LAN" or "wake-on-modem" feature whereby the computer will switch itself on if their a signal on the ethernet cable or modem cable. If necessary it should be possible to adapt an ATX power supply to replace an AT power supply. This could be done by finding an adapter cable. The mother board cable from the ATX power supply would then plug into the adapter cable and the adapter cable would plug into the motherboard.
ATX technology is related to the SMPS in which when the user shutdowns the PC, there will be power supplied to the motherboard until the mains are removed. Thus ATX technology helps in remote start up of PC whereas this is not possible with AT technology where the power is totally not supplied to the motherboard when PC is in shutdown state
Factors go into numbers, numbers go into multiples.
NLX has slots parallel to the motherboard as ATX does not
There are no similar form factors to ATX if you're talking about a slimline. Slimline form factors are NLX and LPX. The form factors to ATX are BTX, Micro-ATX, and Flex-ATX. There is no correlation between slimline and ATX.
It has the options to switch between 2 voltages .
