ATX is the form factor.
Case form factor determines the physical size of a power supply and the placement of a screw holes. It can be ATX, microATX, BTX and others.
No because they have different connectors.
ATX
An ATX power supply unit delivers power in three voltages: 3.3 volts, 5 volts, and 12 volts. The 3.3 volt pins are used only in the motherboard connector. Older, AT power supplies and motherboards used only 5 volt and 12 volt pins in the motherboard connection.
ATX is a form factor. It does not dictate a specific chipset; anything from the now ancient 440BX to a Q57 can be used in an ATX system.
Case: minitowers:compact cases,low-profile cases or slimline cases. Power supply: ATX power supply
Form factor allowed for larger DIMM modules..and there a re designed to use ATX power supplies.
It's an ATX Full tower Chassis and all ATX form factor power supplies should work with it.
ATX stands for Advanced Technology (e)Xtended, a form factor (layout/design, in computer jargon) that places memory and cards (like video cards) perpendicular to the motherboard. This is the dominant form factor for desktop computers.

MicroATX, it reduced the cost of ATX type motherboards by removing the amount of expansion slots reducing the need for a big power supply allowing the motherbard to fit in smaller cases.

ATX and mini- ATX
There are no similar form factors to ATX if you're talking about a slimline. Slimline form factors are NLX and LPX. The form factors to ATX are BTX, Micro-ATX, and Flex-ATX. There is no correlation between slimline and ATX.
A "Mini tower" is often referred to as "Micro ATX" Form factor! They are very often only compatible with certain PSUs (Power supply units), Micro ATX motherboards and smaller video cards.
