Diffusion is when there is lower concentration in one area than another so the particles that are in the area with higher concentration move to the area with lower concentration to make the concentration same in both areas.
Osmosis is a type of diffusion but diffusion that only has water involved. So if there's no water... it's not osmosis. It's gotta be diffusion.
Osmosis is the transfer of water through a membrane to have an equilibrium of water particles on each side. Defusion is also the transfer of water through a membrane, but because it is trying to make the concentrations of ions on each side equivilant.
Osmosis is
there is no antonym for osmosis.
No one founded osmosis. Osmosis is just the movement of water across a semipereamble membrane.
osmosis is affected by the concentration gradient the lower the concentration gradient the faster the speed of osmosis

It has many names, previously stated, "defusion"(sic), osmosis for liquids, etc. This is explained by the 2nd law of Thermodynamics which states that all systems will move towards an increased entropic state.
Defusion 3 Skynum - 2013 was released on: Japan: 24 September 2013 (Tokyo) UK: 24 September 2013 (London) USA: 24 September 2013 (video premiere)
I think you mean diffusion - the movement of liquid or gas from one area to another?
Osmosis is the transfer of water through a membrane to have an equilibrium of water particles on each side. Defusion is also the transfer of water through a membrane, but because it is trying to make the concentrations of ions on each side equivilant.
This is the process of osmosis. The membrane allows a solvent (usually water) to move from an area with lower solute concentration to one with greater concentration.
Osmosis is
Really? osmosis.
