The density of the glass rod is about 2000-2500kg/m3
it varies from 2000 to 8000 kg/m3
150 pounds per cubic foot
2.55 gram per cm3
The density of the glass has not changed, but since air is less dense than glass, the density of the block has decreased.
refractive index of glass is higher than refractive index of glass slab OR density of air is less than density of glass
2.5
it depends on the type of glass you are talking about.
Low-density polyethylene does exhibit a glass transition at around 150K.

60 grams of glass (with a density of 2,7 - lead crystal can have a density of 3,1 and window glass a density of 2,4) has a volume of about 60/2,7 = 22,2 cubic centimeters or a cube 2,8 cm on a side.
the density of the liquid in this glass jar is 5 liter
The density of clear float glass, according to Pilkington Ltd., its original manufacturer, is 2.5 g.cm-3.
it depends on the type of glass you are talking about.
It does seem to shatter glass rather easily. That being said it may just be a matter of density. I am not a scientist by any means but think about it. If porcelain has a greater density than glass it is almost as if you are throwing a brick at the glass.
Density of any substance is the ratio of the mass of the substance to its density! D =M/V , if you have the dimensions such as length breadth and width, or diameter; you can find the volume, if they have regular shapes. to understand densities in liquids please watch this video and subscribe @PhysicsFusion-sm3tr Hope this helps.
