How do you know you have it? Have you been diagnosed? If you have, you can get the professional who diagnosed you to speak to your mother. If not, just pick a quiet time. She may not believe you; you have to be prepared for that. Perhaps it's better to slowly let the facade down before you bring the subject up. If this doesn't work and you haven't been diagnosed, try to get an appointment with a mental health professional and then afterwards, when you know, get them to speak to your mother.
