The right not to be forced into doing anything they dont want to do
The right to choose
It depends with legislation you mean. Because most are in place to protect to service user or staff from the service users, such as the health and safety at work act. Being treated as an individual according to our own needs, every individual wants to be treated fairly, in the care sector it is of the utmost importance that a service user is treated fairly and also treated with love, care and respect. The individual rights are respect, choice, dignity, protection, and equality, access to information, non-discrimination, and effective communication. (this is the notes i made about individual rights in my health and social class i have not added a definition)
