Innate behaviors are inherited from the parents and this type of behavior will always be ingrained in an animal's DNA. Even when an animal isn't raised by its parents, this type of behavior can only be slightly modified.
Innate behavior is instinctual in nature and is acted upon without thought or consideration. On the other hand, learned behavior is taught to people by social mores, parents, teachers, and others who have effects on behavior
I have maybe the answer for the first part of your question.
Innate behaviors are pre-programmed knowledge. Example: Young birds have the innate knowledge/behavior that allows them to hatch from their egg. They then know how to preen, peck, gape their beaks, and carry out a variety of other complex acts almost immediately.
Learned behaviors are behaviors that were observed by an individual that they find it to be beneficial to them in some way. There is a motivating factor behind it. Also, it can be conditioned. The learned behavior is a conditioned response to stimuli through either voluntary or involuntary intent.
A learned behavior is some type of action or reflex that you learn. For example tying your shoes is a learned behavior, but crying is not.
Innate behaviour is something you have known from birth.
Learned behaviour is something you must learn before you can do and you didn't know at birth.
E.G.
Innate:
-Cry
-Move Body
Learned:
-How to drive a car
-How to use a toaster
Innate behaviour is when you have already got that behaviour "inbuilt" in your genes but learned behaviour is when you either in psychology terms:
learn through Classical conditioning - by associating a stimulus with a response
learn through operant conditioning - through positive/negative reinforcing - encouraging a behaviour to be repeated!
=)
It depends on the situation - if it's a "fight or flight" response, then innate kicks in well before any learned behavior, but if it's something that requires more than just reactions, then learned behavior is more important
Take for example a situation where an animal is coming towards you in an aggressive manor, your body will react faster than you can think, so adrenaline will begin pumping through your body, your muscles will tense, and you will be prepared to either run or defend yourself
Any situation where you have time to consider your alternatives, innate behavior is all but redundant
Innate behaviors are natural behaviors that you do, but learned behaviors are those you learn from others.
Adaptive behavior is a type of behavior that is used to adapt to another type of behavior or situation. This is often characterized by a kind of behavior that allows an individual to substitute an unconstructive or disruptive behavior to something more constructive. These behaviors are most often social or personal behaviors. For example a constant repetitive action could be re-focused on something that creates or builds something. In other words the behavior can be adapted to something else.
An adaptive zone is an environment which allows the development of adaptive radiation.
An adaptive feature is a feature to help you adapt to the climate, the place or others

Adaptive Radiation
Environmentally adaptive behaviors are those that have promoted reproductive success.
Evolutionary psychologists focus on the adaptive function of behaviors and emotions, studying how they have evolved over time to help individuals survive and reproduce. They argue that many psychological traits exist because they contributed to the survival and reproductive success of our ancestors.

True
An adaptive trait is one that helps an individual better interact with their environment. Adaptive traits include thumbs in humans for example.
The evolutionary perspective emphasizes the adaptive value of behavior. It suggests that behaviors have evolved over time because they increase the likelihood of survival and reproduction in a particular environment. This perspective focuses on how behaviors have helped species adapt to their surroundings and pass on their genes to future generations.
Chronological age: number of years that have elapsed since birth.Psychological age: an individual's adaptive age capacities compared with those of other individuals of same chronological age. Thus older adults who continue to learn are flexible are motivated.control their emotions and think clearly are engaging in more adaptive behaviors than their chronological age mates who do not continue to learn, are rigid and unmotivated , do not control their emotions and do not think clearly

Adaptive Radiation :)
Adaptive systems are ones that are continually changing to meet the demands of the environment. Non-adaptive systems do not change.
why are adaptive expectations inefficient
