You seem to want to blame it on your water bottle. If you feel that way, drink from something else. Since you have experienced diarrhea and vomiting, you are probably dehydrated. You should try drinking something with electrolytes - Gatorade or similar can work well. Your stomach might accept that better than plain water. Sip it rather than guzzling it down.
You could be coming down with something like flu or could be experiencing a foodborne illness. Start thinking about where and what you have eaten the past several days.
In the meantime, give your doctor a call. They will likely have better suggestions.
