UNICEF was started by Helenka Pantaleoni, she was born on November 22,1900.UNICEF was made to provide food, clothing, and health care for those who need it.They also help people around the world, that are poor, and might have been hurt bythe war going on in Africa.In the year of 1953,UNICEF had became a part of the UN SYSTEM.UNICEF is located at New York, New York, which is in the USA. Helenka Pantaleoni was also at the age of 46 when UNICEF started, which was Sunday,December 1, 1946.
