It is doubted by historians who study this period and Queen Anne herself that she had any of the deformities that Nicholas Sanders claimed that she had. During the time that she lived physical deformities or handicaps were seen as a sign of the devil and not treated with any understanding or compassion. It is very much doubted in the first place that King Henry VIII would have even considered having an affair with an even slightly disfigured woman-let alone marry her. She was also heavily criticized by the Spanish ambassador who would have probably loved to report the Anne was had six fingers on her right hand or any of that type of thing. Lastly the claim itself that Anne had six fingers on one hand, or that she was even the product of Henry VIII's affair with Elizabeth Howard (which is also a lie) are all reported by Nicholas Sanders, a Roman Catholic priest during the reign of "Bloody Mary" who hated Anne above all others. Nicholas was six years old at the time of her death and had never seen Anne at all. To further dispute this claim Queen Anne's body was exhumed in 1876 to remodel the Chapel that she was buried in. No signs of any abnormalities were found.
Personally I feel it is time that all the black legends, rumors, and falsehoods that have haunted her past her death almost five hundred years ago should themselves be laid to rest.
There is a long standing rumor that Anne had 6 fingers on one hand. This is based on a description by a devout and outspoken Catholic named Nicholas Sanders written 50 years after Anne's death. Sanders' gruesome portrayal of Anne is generally dismissed because of his clear bias against her (he held her responsible for Henry VIII's rejection of the Catholic Church.) Anne's contemporaries do not mention a sixth finger.
Anne had 10 fingers just like any other person. There were some rumors to suggest that she had an extra nub of finger on one of her hands but there is no historical proof to back it up.
Historical records show that Anne Boleyn had somewhere between 15 and 23 toes.

It is unknown if it is true, though it is believed that Anne Boleyn had six fingers on her left hand.
No. Anne Boleyn was said to have had six fingers, but that's not true.
The fact that Anne Boleyn had 6 fingers is an historically debatable question. Anne;s appearance has been twisted by those who wish to denounce her. I went on a tour of the Tower of London, conducted by one of the "beefeaters" who work there. We were told that Anne Boleyn's remains were identified when excavation was done in the chapel on the premises -- they were able to identify her because she had six fingers on one hand. I believe he said it was her left hand.
One of the odd things that was claimed about Anne Boleyn was that she had six fingers on her hands. Investigation into her skeleton revealed that it was not true.
Elizabeth I was the daughter of Anne Boleyn.
