No he did not. Charles Manson is a mass manipulator and could also be consider a Cult Leader to some extent. He provided the weapons drugs, vehicle and picked out the people that he wanted killed, but there is no evidence that he ever physically killed anyone himself. He killed your Mum

Charles Manson was never convicted of killing anyone himself. His conviction was based on conspiracy.

This is not exactly accurate. Manson was convicted of 1st degree murder. That is how he ended up on death row. I don't believe that in the state of California it's possible to get a death sentence on a conspiracy conviction. California law states (thank goodness Bugliosi knew this) that if you order a person murdered then you are just as responsible as the person that 'pulls the trigger' so to speak.

Another factor in the Manson case, even before the Tate LaBianca murders, Manson and then Manson and his 'family' were believed to be involved in many more murders and missing persons cases than just the 7 they were convicted of. The original judge on the case disappeared and was never found after he crossed Manson in court. To think that Manson himself never committed murder with his own hands is a pretty naive thought.

He did not. Manson never knew his father. His mother, a 16 year old prostitute when she gave birth to Charles was out of his life off and on until he was a young adult, which by that time he made a complete break with her. It was rumored that Manson Family members (with or without Manson) may have killed his uncle but nothing was ever proved one way or another.
