There is no evidence to suggest that Dublin intentionally helped the Germans bomb Liverpool by not implementing a blackout. The decision to implement blackout measures during World War II was primarily made by individual cities or countries based on their own strategic considerations. Dublin may have had its own reasons for not implementing a blackout, but it is not an indication of intentional cooperation with the Germans.

They were not used to voting and having a say of how their country was being run, they were used to being told what to do by the government.
The Soviet Union used the scorched earth policy to deprive the Germans of food and ammunition. The Nazis had a long supply line and with Germany having a battle on both the eastern and western fronts, there was little food to be had. It was easier for the Soviets to pick off the starving Nazi soldiers.
The chairman of the Dublin United Tramway Company, William Martin Murphy, did not want workers to join a trade union. He dismissed over 300 of them. As a result other workers around Dublin went on strike and other companies stopped workers in unions from working for them. The lockout itself lasted 7 months and left many people out of work and having to leave Ireland. It still is spoken about today. The centenary of it was in 2013 and it was marked with events. A famous book was written about it in 1969 called Strumpet City. In 1980 a TV series of the same name was made based on the book. Jim Larkin, the leader of the workers, has a statue in his memory in O'Connell Street, Dublin's main street, since 1977.
The victory over the Germans at the battle for Stalingrad on the Eastern Front meant that the Germans were effectively fighting a two-front war . This meant that the Germans were forced to divide the bulk of their resources to fight both the Russians on the Eastern Front as well as the Allies on the Western Front . The Allies knew that complete victory over the Germans was then inevitable for had the Germans defeated the Russians then the Germans would then be able to commit their full resources to thwart any effort on the part of the Allies to invade and defeat the Germans who no longer had two fronts to fight on in the war . The Russian victory at Stalingrad meant that the Russians could indeed defeat German efforts and the Allies were encouraged by this who were then committed to the eventual defeat of Germany now having confidence that their Russian allies were capable of turning the tide of war against the Germans .

It is not accurate to make generalizations about physical characteristics based on nationality. Nose size is determined by genetics and varies among individuals regardless of their ethnicity or nationality. Making assumptions about people based on stereotypes can be harmful and perpetuate negative biases.
You can fly in about an hour. By road you can drive from a number of ferry ports, like Fishguard, Holyhead or Liverpool having got a ferry. If you went to Fishguard, you would have had to drive a bit more before leaving Ireland as the ferry is not from Dublin, but Fishguard is nearer to London than the other ports. It could be anything from 3 to 7 hours by ferry and a 3 to 4 hour journey to London from whichever of the ports you arrived at after that.
Are you sure it actually exists? Google threw up a "did you mean" suggestion but still didn't list anywhere in Liverpool. Try having a look around on Google Maps. The street view feature is fantastic.
