There is really no objective measure for the quality of a President . People disagree about what makes a good President as well as the degree to which Presidents measured up to whatever ever scale one uses to measure them. However, the best President is probably one of Washington, Jefferson ,Madison ,Monroe ,Jackson ,Polk , Lincoln, Cleveland , McKinley, Theodore Roosevelt, Wilson, Coolidge,Franklin Roosevelt, Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Reagan, or Clinton.
