Unlikely. There is no historical evidence to support that Washington made any death bed conversion.
Washington died at home around 10 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 1799, aged 67. He was attended by family members and doctors and no one recorded that a priest was present or that he made any conversions. See the sources and references section for a well written account of his last hours.
From a catholic perspective last minute conversions are difficult to effect. Priests need to be aware of the intention to convert so they can prepare for the sacrament of baptism or adult initiation.
