Well sort of. For 123 years Germany, Austria, and Russia split Poland and each took part taking Poland completely of the map. They made it illegal to speak Polish, teach Polish, and even dance a polish dance! It was a sad time but Poland couldn't take it anymore so they started a war and won. Now Poland has a different shape and is not a wealthy but they are happy to have their own piece of land.

The Soviet Union (USSR) divided Poland with Germany.
the Polsih corridor and the city of danzig- it was taken away from germany at the end of WW1.
Germany and Russia split Poland between them, Germany invaded Poland from Danzig and went south, Russia lined up the border and attacked the whole front at once
It was Poland before Germany settled Germans there. It was returned to Poland after WW11. It is now Charbrow/Charbrowo Poland.

Modern East Germany was Middle Germany in the past. During WWII all the borders of Poland moved westwards. So you can say that some parts of Poland were formally East Germany, but this is history. Modern East Germany and Poland are different things.
Poland!
NoMy answer:NO, Germany was using almost plausible excuses for annexing its neighbors up to Poland. Poland was a full on Unadulterated military invasion. The lame excuses used were almost to enough to satisfy some of the worlds nations but none that had any foresight.
