You don't say exactly what your question is but propaganda was used to encourage people to join the war front in the form of posters, radio ads and more. British propaganda also claimed the Germans were evil and must be beaten. Other propaganda tried to guilt men into helping.

The Germans used propaganda much like other European countries did in World War I. It encouraged nationalistic feelings of the populace and encouraged boys to join the military. Furthermore, it was used to dehumanize the enemies of Germany and make it seem as though Germany was going to achieve a quick victory (before the war) or that it was winning (after the war). Also, I believe that it tried to use propaganda to influence the United States, who was neutral during the early part of the war, but had trouble because Britain controlled the communications lines across the ocean.
