Not directly. Adam was formed out of the 'clay' of the ground - Adam means 'red clay.' Eve was formed out of Adam's rib shortly thereafter. Indirectly, as God gave mankind the ability to share in His creating of a family of sons and daughters (see 2 Corinthians 6:18), God is/has/will create each and every human being.
In the second biblical creation account (beginning in Genesis 2:4b), God created Adam and Eve only.
In the first creation account (Genesis 1:1-2:4b) it is unclear how many people God created. Some say more than just two people. An ancient Jewish tradition is that it was here that he created Lilith, sometimes believed to have been Adam's first wife: Gen 1:26-27: "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over ... So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. "

God creates every human being that there is, has, and will be. But the only people he formed during creation were Adam and Eve. Adam was formed out of dust and Eve was formed out of one of Adam's ribs.
Adam then Eve was the first persons to be created. Afterward they "became father to sons and daughters." (Genesis 5:4)
According to the Bible, at that time, Adam and Eve were the only other people mentioned to have existed. This makes Cain and Abel's parents the only other people in the story.
According to that story, he also created Eve.
Adam and eve
If you are a believer in Adam and Eve, they are. This is false. Even if you believe in The Bible, it says that God created other people besides Adam and Eve... They were just the first two people he created.
In the garden of eden there were no adults to give birth to Adam and Eve. Besides they were the first living humans that god created.
