Yes, of course. However, there was no hot indoor running water like we have today. Baths were a bigger deal back then. They also bathed less often then we do now. I imagine a king bathed as often as he wanted to, though. He had so many servants, that the time it took to fill a tub with warm/hot water wouldn't matter to him.
