The answer to this question depends on which view you are taking. Hitler Im sure got sick during his lifetime but i doubt anything fatal. If you look at his intentions of killing some believe he was sick for killing so many and not caring, or at least that's what most people think. I particularly could care less about the past plus I think whatever he thought was right then it was his decision as a leader and his men's choice to follow him and do what they did as his soldiers.
