They make a v6 5-speed sedan but its automatic. If you want a 5 speed manual it will be a 4 cylinder. If you want a a manual v6 you have to get the coupe and it will be a nice aisin 6 speed. The 5 speed auto v6 is a good car, great power and mileage. The tranny can be operated manually and is smooth. The only i downside i find is that you cannot control 4th gear. There is 1 2 3 and D to select from, if you put it in D it will always "hunt" for 5th. This is only a pain at say 45-55mph where 3rd gear is taching just a bit more than you'd like (about 3000..about 2200 is good cruising rpm in a v6 accord) and 5th gear is a bit too tall for 45-55mph. There is just no way to hold it in 4th.
