No they did not get into a fight Jay-Z was simply helping T-Pain.If you remember T-Pain's song Karaoke off of his latest album "Thr33 Ringz" he talks about how everyone is basically using auto-tune now; but when he first came out everyone was clowing him on it."Death Of Auto-tune" was Jay-Z's thoughts and feelings on the subject.Jay-Z is sick of everyone using auto-tune like it is ok every once in a while you want a hit so you have T-Pain on the track but dont take it from him.With everyone using auto-tune the what would be hit songs with-out auto-tune are just annoying."I know we facing a recession but the music yall making gonna make it a great depression"-Jay-Z was saying that if everyone keeps using auto-tune its gonna be hard to get a hit."Get back to rap your T-Painin to much"-Jay-Z was not insulting T-Pain he was saying to stop copying T-Pain stop jockin his swag let T-Pain do his thing and you do your own thing.
