Jeff had some issues personally. From what I have read, he refused to renew his contract which had come up and therefore they incorporated a storyline for him to be an excuse as to why he had 2 leave, but it was just him refusing to renew contract. There are also other allegations that Jeff got busted for possession of drugs, both anabolic steriods, coccaine and stuff like that.
