There's no evidence of that in the available narrative in Exodus.
Yes
Moses climbed mount Sinai in Egypt.
There are several problems for all follower of Jesus to live on Mt. Sinai.1. You first have to locate Mount Sinai. See link Biblical Mount Sinai2. Even if you successfully located Mount Sinai, It will not support all the followers of Jesus.3. In most probability if you locate Mt. Sinai, you will have to do away with all the comforts of home; HDTV, refrigerator, heater during winter and AC during summer. There will be no gas stations there, so your ATV will be useless. Your be fighting tooth and nail with your fellow Christian for scarce trees for cooking or heating homes.4. I'm not sure if you will be welcomed by the locals.

Yes. Jesus was fully human, and so became tired. Luke 22:39 mentions that it was "his custom" to go to the Garden of Gethsemane on the Mount of Olives. Tradition hold this was a place he often went to rest and pray.

Christians should always pray to the Father through the Son, Jesus. Because we are sinners, we must have Jesus between us and the Heavenly Father.
