But when "thus saith the Lord" appears in this testament... it's Jesus who is doing the speaking.
Therefore... the entirety of the Bible is composed of Jesus' Words.
In which case... Jesus does tell us to read the Bible:
"...Seek ye out of the book of the Lord, and read..." (Isa.34:16).
(But in 2Tim.2:15 it says) " Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth."
as Above the First 5 Books are called: The TORAH, but it's also called: The WORD, so the WORD became Flesh and dwelt among us" (John 1:14)
