He has also worked with The Who, Donovan, Them, The Kinks and The Rolling Stones. Jimmy Page has also worked with or been a session musician with Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, The Who, The Kinks, Van Morrison, Joe Cocker and many more of the greatest musicians that ever were.
According to the Sept. 07 issue of Q magazine, yes. Q mag published a "Guitar Heroes" issue featuring some of their fav guitar players, and Matt Bellamy made the list, along with Jimmy Page, Brian May, and David Gilmour, to name a few.
