Not much, he died in 1910. I wonder if you meant Eddy VIII..... Being for the most part a rather clever fellow, King Edward VII, having died at Buckingham Palace at 11:45pm on the 6th of May 1910, remained dead during the entirety of World War I, which began on the 28th June 1914 and ended on the 11th November 1918.
