You must be refering to Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, the identical twins that played Michelle Tanner on the TV show Full House. I'm happy to say that both of the Olsen twins are alive and well. In fact I don't know if they even ride.
The character of Michelle Tanner likewise did not fall off a horse and die and was present for the final show. I used to watch that show every week and the only horse I can remember is the oldest daughter's (DJ).
