The Nigerian flag is currently the three vertical stripes - the right and left stripe are green; and the middle stripe is white.
Is has been this way since 1960 when they became independent from Britain.
Before this the flag was blue with the British flag set in the top left corner and the Nigerian emblem in the middle.
