Of course. Nearly every president makes enemies, since the public does not always agree with the person who is leading the country. In the case of President Obama, many conservative Republicans became very opposed to him and his policies, and did everything they could to make him a one-term president; their efforts were unsuccessful, however, and he managed to get re-elected in 2012. Also, Mr. Obama has some enemies in conservative talk radio, who have said things about him that are demonstrably false, but these assertions are widely believed by certain Republicans as well as by fans of these talk show hosts. Further, Mr. Obama has a group of enemies called the "Birthers" who insist that he was not born in the United States (even though he was); they continue to insist he is not eligible to be president, and they make up about 19% of the Republican party.
