Answer

Apart from Paul, it is believed that none of the apostles wrote anything in The Bible. There is a gospel attributed to St. Philip, but it was not selected for inclusion in the New Testament. And, like the four canonical gospels, it was not really written by the apostle whose name it bears.

The Gospel of Philip says that, when baptised, some converts come up simply initiated as Christians, but sometimes the person receives the holy spirit and achieves the ability for spiritual understanding. It says that those who first confess faith in the virgin birth may later come to a different understanding. Virgin birth is for everyone when baptised and "born again". Similarly, the resurrection was not physical, but is something that happens to everyone undergoing spiritual transformation - they are not only "born again", but also "raised from the dead".

Did Philip write a book of the Bible?

Philip is listed as one of the twelve disciples but as far as we know , none of the disciples wrote anything. The four New Testament gospels were originally anonymous and were not written by any of the disciples, in spite of second-century attributions. There is a non-canonical Gospel of Philip but it was, like the canonical gospels, originally anonymous; in any case it is generally believed to have been written after 150 CE. This means that not only did Philip not write a book of the Bible, he also probably did not even write a book outside the Bible.
