Not likely. She reigned the longest of all the British Royalty and was quite sensible up to the very end. (Syphilis makes you go crazy in the advanced stages). And 'knowing' the Victorian decorum on sexual matters I doubt she even discussed Syphilis let alone got anywhere near the conditions for contracting it. The same goes for Prince Albert.
