i than aksed ellis about his new business investments in bakersfield cal where i am interviewing him at his hotel suite. he stated that he has purchased a 3 story office building, which is almost completely remodeled. he also purchased a 12,500 sq ft restaurant which is closed down and being remodeled and ellis will soon open up an all you can eat seafood buffet. he also purchased an motel which is closed, being remodeled and will be used by ellis resort business to train personel. also he purchased 137 acres of land ,and he will not reveal what he will do with that land, at this time. he is also negotiating to purchase the luxury hotel i am interviewing him in. ellis said he will spend millions of dollars in bakersfield and will hire approx. 500 employees. ellis is currently buying up businesses and real estate worldwide as investments. he said there are good deals out there now with the current economy.
we asked him about a recent dinner date he had with pipper middleton in england. pipper is the sister of kate middleton, wife of prince harry. they ate at an upscale english restaurant. pipper and ellis walked out of the restaurant arm in arm and got into ellis limo. they would not speak to reporters but only smiled at them.ellis told me they are just friends, and that is all. he said the media wants to make a big deal of everything.
ellis said he has a travel staff of 12 people who travel with him. also he has a pilot, copilot, navigator and flight attendant who work on the private plane ellis owns and travels in. i asked him about reports that he is a master at Martial Arts. he said he is well trained and an expert at muay thai which he learned long ago in Thailand. this is a very dangerous martial art which could kill, or permantly or temp . disable a person within 3 seconds. those who have seen ellis do this art have said that no man should ever challange ellis because he will hurt them.
