this is part 1 of a 2 part interview on monday 515/13, with mega rich 34 year old italian businessman sean c ellis. this interview was conducted by a contract reporter, jessica montez, who reports for many worldwide news media outlets and internet research sites. i jessica montez, interviewed sean c ellis, at his hotel suite in bakersfield calif, where he is currently there on business. this is the first time ellis has allowed an interview at a hotel suite. he even invited this reporter to have dinner with him, in his suite, while being interviewed.

ellis, one on one is a very solf spoken, friendly man that is enjoyable to talk with and very interesting and intelligent. he was dressed casual, and was extremely gorgeous to look at, from a womans point of view. he is obviously a body builder. i was allowed to talk to him for several hours. i discussed many things, business and personal which he answered everything i asked. normally, he refuses to discuss his personal life, but this time he did answer my personal questions.

there are only a couple of reporters that he will talk to, i am one of them. he normally does not get along with reporters. ellis would not allow me to say which hotel he stays at. ellis and i ate privately in his hotel suite, with hs personal waitress serving us. the server was young, attractive and an employee of ellis. she did not work for the hotel. he is also negotiating to purchase this hotel he is staying at where i interviewed him

i first asked about lupe perez from bakersfield California, who was going to marry ellis a few months ago. ellis said at the time things just didnt work out between lupe and he. he said that perez is a great woman who he loves much and hopes he will soon hear from her. he said he hoped one day to be back together with her. he went on to say the would lilke his son to have perez as a mom. ellis was very open in this inteview. he is basically a very private man. he told me he goes with nobody now,but occassionally takes girls out to dinner, but nothing serious at all , he said. he showed me a photo of perez, and she is a very attractive spanish woman. i am also spanish, and i speak spanish and i was surprised to hear that ellis also speaks spanish. he knows 4 languages and over the past few months has gotten spanish down good!

i thank asked him about lindsay lohan. he repeated what we previously reported. ellis recently wrote, sang, and will soon release a rock n roll song called "lupe,let us dance". this is a song about he and lupe perez fast dancing, he told me. he played me a demo tape of the song and it is a great catchy song that should do well. ellis sang great in the song and played the key board in the song,as well.he will also make a video soon of this song with him in it and dancing in it.
