A coffee Borgia [Borgio] is an espresso coffee with equal parts hot chocolate and espresso, topped with whipped cream and orange zest.
Its really simple and in my opinion much better than regular coffee. If your at Starbucks or a coffee shop its typically two shots of espresso and then filled with hot water. Leaving some room at the top if you want milk or cream. If your at home there are many ways to do it. If you have an espresso machine you can do exactly like the coffee shops and just pour the two shots into a cup and fill with very hot water. If you don't have an espresso machine you need a french press, or a espresso stove top percolator. You will also need espresso grounds. They are different from coffee grounds. Espresso grounds are very finely ground and the beans have been roasted longer making them stronger when brewed.. But that's it. Very simple. Two shots of espresso and very hot water!

Cappuccino and espresso are both types of coffee beverages. There are numerous ways that coffee can be served, including hot, cold, with flavorings, or with cream. Cappuccino is an American favorite.

At Starbucks, we make our whipped creams using heaving whipping cream and vanilla syrup. Once both ingredients are in the whipped cream cans, they are charged using CO2, (carbon dioxide), and shaken until fluffed. Actually, whipped cream dispensers are charged with N2O (laughing gas), not CO2.
You drink an espresso much the same way you would a regular cup of coffee. You can add cream or sugar or drink it black. I've even had it with a twist of lemon (a strip of a lemon peel).
