Quisling, who was a Norwegian Nazi, and who betrayed his own country to help the German Nazis when they invaded Norway. Calling someone a "Quisling" is like calling them a Benedict Arnold. Quisling and his fellow Norwegian traitors were the "fifth column", a term which has become synonymous with internal traitorous betrayal. Quisling's actions were within a year before Pearl Harbor, and were in the minds of American leaders when they forced the Japanese-Americans into internment camps, to prevent any treachery from them such as Quisling had done.
yess one of them is Quicksilver
Nowrway allied with The Allies after the end of the Phony War. Norway did not side with anyone but Jews did try to hide there that's why Norway got taken over by Germany.Answer As a nation Norway sided with the Allies, although they were quickly overwhelmed by the Nazis, in part thanks to traitors known as Quislings (after their leader Vidkun Quisling, who was hanged after the war). Many Norwegians (including their king, who formed a government-in-exile) fled to Britain and fought on. Norway was invaded to secure the iron ore port of Narvik, and for airstrips closer to the northern parts of UK.Norway I believe was on the allies side.
There were no such camps in Norway during the war, neither did Norway suffer from heavy bombing during ww2. Particulary the east suffered minimal damages, but the western-most had some problems with british bombing.
