they were not allowed in alot of bars because the owners were afraid the customers may get hurt by the vets if someone called them a name like baby killers.the veterans just wanted to be left alone and to get on with their life.so much had happened to them and to come back to a country that was ashamed of them,they did thier duty as they saw to it. know of what happened because I'm a nam vet.
