Walter Diemer invented bubble gum in the year of 1928
Walter Diemer was born on January 8, 1904, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He grew up in a German immigrant family and displayed an early interest in chemistry and experimenting. Diemer later went on to invent bubble gum while working at the Fleer Corporation in the 1920s.
Walter did not invent bubble gum, he just innovated it. Before he created his "Dubble Bubble" gum brand, gum was horrible; the gum was too sticky and it broke too easily. Walter created a gum that was a lot more resistant and lasted a lot longer, this is the first gum that became popular, which is why Walter is regarded to be the inventor of bubble gum.
Walter e deimer invented bubble gum in 1928 but chewing gum dates all the way back to ancient Greeks chewing on resin from trees and chewing gum was first patented in 1869 on December 28 by William Finely U.S. patent #98,304

how long did it take to invet bubble gum
Frank H. Fleer did not invent bubblegum, however, Walter Diemer, an employee at the Fleer Corporation, Fleer's company, did, by accident. Bubblegum is pink because pink was the only dye he had near him. They can not make a chocolate flavored gum because chocolate makes it softer, which loses the whole point of bubblegum! :D
he really did not make bubble gum it was a mistake..
