According to all sources I could find they did not come "stock" with CR-V's in that year. Later model years (2006+) show that they were installed in the rear drainplug of the block just a little behind the oil filter location. Remove the threaded drain plug, and it installs in that hole. The power cord is lashed up and runs to the front of the vehicle. After-market heaters are available for earlier models.
