CJ 7, the way to tell is the door. If you have a U shaped door that you can get in and out of easily, it's a 7. If you have to slide your butt over a part of the door opening it's a 5.
CJ7 was released on 03/07/2008.
The Production Budget for CJ7 was $20,000,000.
Short answer, NO. Long answer: It will set on the tub but modifications have to be made somewhere to make it usable. Sometimes there are front roll bar clearance issues. There is also the issue with the tailgate. You either have to take off the spare tire rack or modify your top. The CJ top closes after the tailgate but a YJ is the opposite. Trying to get it closed is a pain without modification. I just got a CJ top to put on my YJ and am not happy with it at all.
The tailgate on a 2004 Dodge Ram pickup can be removed by removing the gate from the hinges holding it in place. Open the tailgate halfway and remove the slotted hinge from each side while holding the gate up. Then open the tailgate all the way and slide the tailgate off.
CJ7 grossed $47,300,771 worldwide.
