Did angels walk among men in the Bible And does it say something about giants?

Yes, and yes. Angels walked among men on rare occasions; one such example, according to tradition, was in Genesis ch.18. See also Numbers ch.22.

Giants are mentioned in Numbers ch.13 and elsewhere; and their name (In'q) has been found in Egyptian inscriptions.

Additionally [regarding angels]:

The Bible reveals that this world is "subject to the ministry of angels"... both evil and righteous; and that they STILL walk among us.

We're told that the earth is where "the angels that sinned" in the beginning were "thrown down" and "imprisoned" or restrained, until the Day of Judgment:

"...the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, He hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the Judgment of the [LAST] Great Day." (Jude 1:6 KJV)

"...neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great Dragon was cast out, that old Serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him." (Rev.12:8-9 KJV)

Angels... spirit beings... "don't die! " The Bible reveals that Jesus Christ cast out many demons from men throughout His earthly ministry. And those "disembodied" demons merely went "somewhere else." In one case, into a herd of swine, which immediately "...ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters." (Matt.8:32 KJV)

The swine died... but the demons did not. They have continued on the earth before and since then, down through the succeeding generations of man, possessing whatever and whomever they could -- and they are still with us, today.

Regarding the New Earth... the "world to come"... the Bible tells us:

"For unto the angels hath He NOT put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak." (Heb.2:5 KJV)

The New Earth will NOT be subject to angels... meaning that THIS OLD EARTH is subject to them.

Throughout the Bible, angels have always appeared to men as "other men":

"And there came TWO ANGELS to Sodom at even [evening]..." (Gen.19:1 KJV).

"But before they lay down, the men of the city... compassed the house... and they called unto Lot... Where are THE MEN which came in to thee this night? ..." (verses 4-5).

The Bible reveals that "angels still walk among men"... and they mostly go unrecognized by us as "angels."

"Let brotherly Love continue. Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares." (Heb.13:1-2 KJV)

Same verse; Weymouth's New Testament[WEY]: "Let brotherly Love always continue. Do not neglect to show kindness to strangers; for, in this way, some, without knowing it, have had angels as their guests."
