No, Reggie has all the badges and Ash only has 32 all unfairly. He cheated on almost every one! And the Staraptor used a STRONG brave bird on Ash's pikachu, and pikachu won fakely. And with the battle Bibarel vs Turtwig, Bibarel's like Lv. 38 and Turtwig's like Lv. 5, Turtwig still won, fakely. (I'm glad that Staravia lost!) And guess who won the hole battle? Ash. :p
