The two guitar players and hosts of the show for most of its television history were Buck Owens and Roy Clark.
the only possible way I know is using GAMESHARK Do you mean What was Hee Haw or who starred in Hee Haw. Either way, Hee Haw was a goofy, corny and funny variety show with a hillbilly them starring Buck Owens, Roy Clark, Grampa Jones, Misty Rowe and a ton of others. It was aired during the mid 70s

You were just watching Family Guy, weren't you? Anyway, no, he did not.
The Hee Haw show was a musical variety show that featured country music performances and comedy sketches. It aired from 1969 to 1992 and became known for its traditional country music and rural humor.
These two gents were the stars and presenters of the variety-comedy Hee-Haw which can be stretched to be called Musical comedy- in the C&W vein. I believe Mr. Owens died recently. The show was notable for the lighter side of Country music- not the heavy stuff that sadly dominates the genre. Almost all plotted C&W songs- that is that have a song tell a story, end tragically. In some cases a slight rewriter could redeem the situation. For example a romance budding in Melinda ( goes out) when her mother unexpectedly dies. Melilnda and her Mom operated a dress shop on the route of trucker-supplier who sings the story. It did not have to end sadly- She could have an aunt in a nearby town, you know.
No, she was not. The ONLY Nurse GoodBody on the HeeHaw TV show was Gunilla Hutton. The only “possible “ connection may be this: Buck Owens had or played in a dinner theater in Bakersfield Ca way back before the TV show. She could have appeared there as a character that morphed into the character on the TV show. But Wendy was never on the TV show in any fashion.
Let Jezzietree play there! Haw-haw-haw!
