Who and what do avalanches affect?
Avalanches affect everything that is in their path down the slope. Avalanches can be snow, mud, rock, or dirt. As an avalanche travels down the hill or mountain it picks up speed and carries along with it anything that was in its way, i.e.; trees, houses, boulders etc. The items that it takes with it become part of the avalanche and help to destroy other things in the path. It affects plants, animals and a man if they are in the way.
Should people from other countries help victims of Tsunamis?
Yes. Many countries may be overwhelmed by the task of helping disaster victims.

It can bring fertility to the soil. ^ No it can't! Wave's crashing in at over 200km/s per hour would completely destroy the fertile top-soil leaving land completely in-fertile!
