In a way, yes.

Egyptians did not believe in reincarnation, which is when you are born again in a new body after you die.

They believed that you would live your life continued, just not on Earth (please don't assume that they therefore believed life continued on Pluto or something). What they thought was that your heart would be weighed against the Feather of Truth by the god Osiris, and if you (your heart, rather) were weighed a sinner, your heart would be eaten by Ammut, a god who would sit by, waiting to eat your soul.

If you were weighed not a sinner, then you would continue on and go to the Happy Field of Food (or the Field of Weeds).
Yes they did believe in afterlife.
