His son, Robbie Kneivel, broke his leg after riding a motorcycle across that part of the Grand Canyon in the Hualapai Reservation -- a jump of 228 feet over a 2500 foot canyon.
The National Parks Service has EXTREMELY strict rules against use of the Canyon for such stunts.
