No but there has been a trend to have as few full time employee's as possible .
When the store drops in revenue generation or the department drops in preset revenue they will drop a full time position and go with the DSM and maybe one full time or none .
The latest CEO also pushed for less full time and more part time, see above rule.
In the end its just business, like it or not.
