The finishing maneuver of John Morrison (Starship Pain) is a split leg, moonsault, corkscrew. You need to push with all your muscles up onto the top rope. To do the moonsault part, you need to know how to do a back flip to do a moonsault and try to pull your legs towards your abbs and spin to do the corkscrew. Trust me from experience it is very, very hard but also super fun.

∙ 11y agoThe Starship Pain is a variation of the Split-Legged Moonsault. The Split-Legged Moonsault was used most famously by Rob Van Dam, however it was named the Hollywood Star Press, also, Rey Mysterio uses a springboard variation of this move. John Morrison uses the Split-Legged Moonsault but a corkscrew variation, in which he calls The Starship Pain. As far as I am aware, John Morrison is the only professional wrestler who used this move first, and named it.
